Dear Pedro, I’ve received your last e-mail which I’m reporting here for tracking: ———————————————— Daniele, If you try opening a new account on FI-LAB you you will see that you cannot allocate a new public IP in any network... I have tried them all, with a new account. Pedro Fazenda ———————————————— I’ve already fwd your request about the deletion of an instance to the right support (Berlin region help desk), but they didn’t reply yet. Since we dispatch the request based on region, issues type or other criteria, if you ask many questions via e-mail become difficult for us to track and solve your problems. If you are experiencing problem with the network please send a separate request to the mailing list, it will be fwd according to the internal procedure we follow. Remember to specify the regions where you are encountering issues. You could also try to allocate a public IP on other regions. Moreover, the platform is stable and available to support you in submitting your proposal to one of the accelerator programmes. As you can understand since it is free of costs and in continuous improvement, sometimes some services can have a small downtime.
