[Fiware-lab-help] VM in shut off status

Hi,Can you please make my VM active again? I tried rebooting but nothing happened. When I try to connect with putty , it  posts "server refused  our key". Is this the problem? Can you please  turn my VM active?Thank you Nikolaos Papadimitriou
