Dear Stratos,

We have experienced some DNS glitches in the transitions from .eu to
.org domain (yes, we go global!).  FI-LAB was up all the time but
presumably the .eu domain was not working properly (other people were
complaining as well) . It was just a small DNS problem we resolved
quickly once we were notified. Try now and come back yo us if it
persists ...  it should be resolved, actually.

As regards your question, we do not have a particular SLAs in place but
we strive to give reasonable quality of service.
