[Fiware-lab-help] FI-LAB Assistance

Hello,

I have created an account on FI-Ware cloud portal and I have now one instance running:
[cid:image001.png at 01CF28A7.C02A7090]

However, when I try to access the VNC console, I have a "Connection failed" error message as shown below. Could you tell me how I can solve this problem ?
