My name is Daniel Lima, im one of the finalists of the FI-WARE Excellence
competition.

I have a problem with a instance of the orion. I need to TERMINATE it, to
create a new one to use in my project (La Urbo).

But unfortunately this instance is locked with the deleting task has been
many days.
