[Fiware-lab-help] Problema en FiCloud

I have a small issue with one of the instances in FiCloud. For some reason
stop working, was in status ACTIVE and power SHUTOFF. I tried to reboot,
but got frozen in this state(screenshot attached). I would normally
terminate the instance and launch from snapshot but I am not sure my latest
snapshot its updated."
