[Fiware-lab-help] Ubuntu 13.10 64 bit image on FI-LAB Cloud

Hi,

I would add that the fastests way to get that image would be with an
instance of 13.04 and updating the system to 13.10. -- After updating,
you could create a snapshot, so you could build new instances.
