[Fiware-lab-help] Floating IP Problem

Hello Again,

My name is Daniel Lima, some days ago i had a problem with a linux (orion
GE) instance that was locked in Termination task, but fortunately you have
the problem resolved quickly.

But I believe this may have caused another problem: I had a floating IP
connected to that virtual machine and it disappeared and when I try to
allocate a new IP I get the following error:

*Error: *undefined. Cause: unknow

Can you get to do something so I can get back the IP or have option to
allocate a new IP on my Cloud Panel?

The missing iP is: 130.206.82.78
