According to my info you are from Venezuela, I will continue in Spanish assuming that our conversation will be more fluent. But feel free to ask me to come back to English should you feel more comfortable in this language.

No entendemos muy bien qué quiere decir "descargar la APIs". ¿Quizás esto se refiere a una caída puntual de nuestra wiki, de la que nos recuperamos ayer por la noche? La wiki está arriba y todo su información sigue ahí. Si es otro tema el que se pregunta, pues aquí estamos para responder lo que sea.
