Hi

We were executing some maintenance tasks yesterday. It seems that some services were not started correctly. This is the reason you obtained a 404 error. Please Now everything is fine . About VNC, currently we don't support VNC access. You can access by ssh. Please, you can have a look at the instances video in lab.fi-ware.eu.

Hi!

I did as you said but I keep having the same troubles with the VMs. I get a 404 error when trying to create a new tier. And I still can't access the VNC console from the running instances.

Hi

We had a problem with lack of RAM resources in the host where your VM was to be deployed. Can you delete it and try to deploy a new one?

Hello!

My Name's Ricardo Mendoza. I'm part of one of the teams that are finalists on the FI-WARE challenge.

We are currently working on the prototype that will be presented on Campus Party Brazil 2014. The problem is we cannot work properly with the servers on the FI-WARE cloud. When we try to launch a Blueprint Template, we get an error message saying that the VMs cannot be created. Plus, when we go to the instances running, we cannot acces the VNC. We get a message saying "Server has refused the conection."

So we want to know if this is a general temporary problem or if there's something we need to do in order to work properly with the servers.
