Thanks for contacting us. We are having a look into your problems. The Centos SDC problems was due to a hardware problem which has been already solved. If you want you can try to deploy a new VM. Regarding templates, do you mind entering again in the Cloud portal and check that you cannot see the templates? Could you tell us which browser are you using?

Hi,
  I'm  trying to create a Blueprint Template on FI-LAB.
I create the Template, like in the attached screenshot, and i receive a message that confirm the operation. But in the list of templates I can't see the new template.


Another thing, but i don't know if it is related to the previous one. When I launch a new "CentOS SDC" image, I receive an error like in the attached screenshot. I followed all the step in the video tutorial, and the "Ubuntu 13.10" works well.

I'm wrong in something?
