[Fiware-lab-help] FI-LAB Assistance

Hello,

I have one instance that I couldn't access via ssh earlier today, so I 
tried to reboot it (twice already).
Since then, the status and power state are 'SHUTOFF' and task is 
'rebooting'.

IP Address:
10.0.0.27
130.206.83.37

What can I do/try next?
Note that another instance I have running is working normally.
