[Fiware-lab-help] cannot open some ports on my instance

Hello, I am using a CDVA instance from FI-lab but unfortunatelly I found out that some ports are not functional. I have configured my instance to listen to port 554 but when i perform port scanning, the particular port is unreachable... I have also tried with other ports but only port 22 and 80 are functional. What can I do for this???
