[Fiware-lab-help] problem with instance

Hello, 
I have created a CDVA instance with ID: 515dc6fa-6a47-487c-ba4a-14f2197c8b23. The instance resides in Spain. I have edited a set of security rules to test CDVA functionality (open port 554 for rtsp traffic). However, even though I have created these rules, the particular port is not accessible. I performed port scanning to the instance and I found out that only ports 80 and 22 are accessible, even in cases that no security rules have been edited. 
Can you please help me?
