Hi Nicolas, in Berlin we had a configuration issue between approx 17:00 and 18:00 CEST which was resolved. I saw in the logs that you tried around that time. The issue is resolved and it should work now again. Unfortunately, we are now in the same situation as other nodes and cannot allocate new floating IPs anymore. We are trying to make more available - but public IPs are a very scarce resource. The problem is that we need two IPs for each tenant (one for the router and one for the VM) and users tend to step out without freeing resources allocated. So we will need some time to clean-up again. Please stay tuned.
