[Fiware-lab-help] R: Cloud portal

Hi,
starting yesterday afternoon at about 4:00PM i'm having some issues working with cloud portal:
- the web interface is slow, there is a long delay between my actions and status updates (instances list)
- trying to assing the public IP address to any VM and pingng it, i always get the error: destination host not reachable (see attached ping and traceroute)
- trying to recreate a VM instance from a snapshot result in a error state.

I'm currently working on project FITMAN-DEMO on region Trento

Could you please investigate these issues?

Ciao,
da ieri pomeriggio il colud portal ha iniziato a dare problemi.
La visualizzazione e le azioni sulle istanze sul portale sono lente e a volte non funzionano.
Anche la comunicazione con l'IP pubblico non funziona

Potete controllare?
