[Fiware-lab-help] R: Cloud Portal Issue

Hi Joe, Cipriani,

Yesterday we upgraded the Cloud Portal to handle HTTPS requests. But it
seems that since VNC works on HTTP the web browser is blocking such
connection.

I'll try to fix this problem asap. Sorry for any inconvenience it could
cause to you.
