Thanks for your reply. Would it be possible to resolve this particular incident "by hand " somehow  and the continue with the definite solution to avoid future cases like this? It is a matter of image, the feedback from the Use Cases to the EC always has an impact on the perception they get from us and it's better not to keep them waiting for days.

I do not know the technical details,  my proposal may not make  sense! :)

Hi,
I am trying to create VMs with the cloud service and I have problem when I try to associate a Floating IP to a VM.
I am using Waterford region, with XIFIpublicWIT IP pool. My project name is nicolas-dumont.
I can create a VM, then allocate an IP to my project, but when I try to associate it with a VM, I get an error message: Error: undefined. Cause: unknow.

Did I miss something?

PS : My objective is to deploy a cloudfoundry instance in FI-Lab platform, for FI-Content2 project.
