Thanks for contacting us. The VNC is not ready in the testbed, so that, you can access to your VM by  ssh.
Use:
ssh -i yourkeypair.pem root at IP

Tell us if you have any problem.

Hello,

I've started trying FI-Lab today and I'm having issues.

First I had some problem creating a floating IP and assigning it to a new VM Instance. But after several tryings I achieved to connect.

Now, when I try to enter "Connect to VM Display"  inside my VM the application just hangs, so I cannot use the instance.

Maybe I have to extend the security rules to connect to the instance? If so, do you know wich ports are necessary?
