[Fiware-lab-help] Notify of malfunctioning of IP assignment and FI-Ware Status page

Hello,
when I try to allocate a public IP to the Project (in Spain, but also other
regions such as Trento), I get the following message:

"Error: Infrastructure error Error Getting Floating IPs from tenant null:
com.telefonica.euro_iaas.paasmanager.exception.OpenStackException: String
index out of range: -9"

Please note that I have no IP already allocated out of 1 available, so it
should be fine.

I tried checking the Status page at
http://infographic.lab.fi-ware.org/status but I got the following:
"Connection refused - connect(2)".

Maybe you are already aware of the issues and you are already working on
it, in that case sorry for the duplicate.
