[Fiware-lab-help] Fi-Ware issues with VM instances

Dear Madam/Sir,

I am currently working as a research intern at Athens Information Technology (www.ait.gr) under the supervision of Prof. Sofia Tsekeridou.
I am using a Generic Enablers named ' Compressed Domain Video Analysis - Codoan' for my research work.

While using the platform there are errors. Specifically when creating:

  *   ?Floating IPs under security - the response from the server is uknown error.
  *    a CDVA instance -  the status is either error or become unresponsive? and the disksize is NaN GB (Not a number?).
  *   Floating IPs under security - the response from the server is uknown error or unresponsive.
  *   Keypairs - there are uknown errors or unresponsive.

If possible please check the specific FI-WARE systems for the specific issues. We are using the user account ( ?sots at ait.gr ) for AIT's research.
