Thanks for contacting us. Can you tell us which cloud portal where you using? Cloud.lab.fi-ware.org or cloud.testbed.fi-ware.org. The second one had an problem which has been solver. The first one is working.

Hi Henar,

thank you for your reply. Actually the problem is still not solved. When I try to create a template, the portal responds with a 503 error (see screenshot). I’m currently using a Chrome browser (Version 35.0.1916.153 m) on a Windows 8.1 64bit machine.

Thanks for contacting us. The blueprint functionality is working now, we have done some maintenance tasks. Can you check it again and tell us if you continue with the problems? It would be great if you can provide to us more details about the problems.

Dear Fi-Ware Team,

I’m trying to figure out how to use the Blueprint features of the portal, but since the beginning of last week the feature seems to be broken and it won’t let me create new blueprints. The following error occures:

Error 503:
Error: connect ECONNREFUSED at errnoException (net.js:770:11) at Object.afterConnect [as oncomplete] (net.js:761:19)

Can you give me hint how to use it and maybe fix it, if it is currently broken?
