[Fiware-lab-help] FI-Lab Assistance

Dear FI-Lab staff,

Our company XLAB has recently joined the FINESCE project (for the WP3 
Open Call) to develop the presentation layer. We were encouraged to use 
FI-WARE cloud services and GEs as much as possible.

After a couple of days of getting to know your OpenStack dashboard we 
have not made much progress due to errors and delays of the interface. 
Yesterday we tried deleting our instances to create new ones (due to the 
limit of 3 per user), but they are still in progress of deletion with no 
updates.

I am sure this will be fixed, but to prevent future problems of this 
sort, we are considering using our own private OpenStack infrastructure 
which we are already using on other projects of our company. Would you 
be able to provide any images of the GE installations which would speed 
up our setup? Could downloads of the ones on the dashboard be enabled?
