[Fiware-lab-help] Etiquette for using the the fiware-lab-help

Dear Bernd,

Please note that the ones on this list are strictly the ones who provide support. So the users did not get this message.  It is open to everyone who wants to use it (not moderated) and directly linked from FI-Lab.

This list has been running for months and we have traditionally provided support in Spanish as well as in English. People know it and the act consequently.

I am not going to open a debate by e-mail now.  Federico and I have already started discussing how to handle this to adapt to the new situation.  Please avoid unilateral communications in the name of the whole FI-Lab if not previously discussed, you still do not have all the context.

Could you please respect that the common language is English, that issue reports should at least contain a minimum amount of information and that this list must not be used for personal conversation.

You might not get any response if you just post "context broker is not working any more!".

If you expect a response, please consider to provide for all issue reports:

-- what was the issue observed
-- which tenant(s)
-- which node(s)
-- when did the issue occur
-- what are the components involved in the issue
-- what was the error message received

Please be as precise as possible.
