Pues ya le he respondido. Entresacando la parte relevante de mi respuesta:
"We provide support by email (not phone or skype) and, of course, in person at the events (Challenges and hackathons). So this is the channel we can use."

Yo lo he hecho en casos muy puntuales y con gente muy seleccionada (por mi mismo). Efectivamente, creo que la postura "oficial" debería ser no dar soporte por skype ni ningún otro mecanismo similar (teléfono, etc.).
