Thanks for contacting us.

I am sorry to hear that you have experiences trouble with FI-Lab. I am aware of a problem with our node in Santander where we had an incident. As far as I am aware my colleagues are doing all that is in their hands to fix it asap.

I would advice to use the dedicated FI-Lab support list  for this sort of issues, it will always be quicker (I CC them in case there are news). You do not need to remember their address, it is linked from the FI-Lab home page:
