[Fiware-lab-help] Blueprint Templating

Dear Fi-Ware Team,

I'm trying to figure out how to use the Blueprint features of the portal, but since the beginning of last week the feature seems to be broken and it won't let me create new blueprints. The following error occures:

Error 503:
Error: connect ECONNREFUSED at errnoException (net.js:770:11) at Object.afterConnect [as oncomplete] (net.js:761:19)

Can you give me hint how to use it and maybe fix it, if it is currently broken?
