[Fiware-lab-help] FI-Lab Assistance

Hello,

Unfortunately, my server is not not available again. Probably I just need
to start it, but I cannot see it on the Instances page. I registered it in
FI-Lab region, but now I can't see this region on the list. I sent you a
screenshot of the available regions.
