[Fiware-lab-help] Unable to create new Storage Volume : Budapest region

Trying to create a new storage volume of 1 GB in the budapest region does
not seem to work.
The browser Console give this error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 (Service
Unavailable)
https://cloud.lab.fi-ware.org/Budapest/paas/rest/catalog/org/FIWARE/environment


Browser : Chrome Version 38.0.2125.104
OS : Linux version 3.13.0-37-generic (buildd at roseapple) (gcc version 4.8.2
