[Fiware-lab-help] cannot access cloud tab

Hi Daniele,

My last message was a bit short.

Can you let me know whether this service should be stable enough to evaluate whether we can submit a proposal in the http://www.creatifi.eu <http://www.creatifi.eu/> probrogramme? We were planning on using AWS but are interested (also because it’s not USA based) to use fi-ware and its enablers for big data. What kind of serivice level/uptime can we expect?

I am aware of the face I’m using the lab environment so the real environment might be more stable.
