I looked up your request in our ticketing system and noticed that the support team has already dealt with that on 12-Nov. Have you not received any response yet?

The internal response was "Fixed, you have to enter lower case letters only".

Hi, I am right now sitting in a session with Fernando and he told me that response time is usually only 1-2 days (and that this support email is connected to gira)...Since it has been 2 weeks since my emails and I didn't get any responses, I'm resending my 3 questions :)
