Hello,

We have a problem with a FIlab virtual machine instance. It's stuck in
status = ACTIVE and power state = SHUTOFF

This is the instance:

user: carlos at smartaxi.me
Instance name: Smartaxi Produccion
ID:  c45c8357-a04c-4581-8d93-af2736165667
private ip adrress 10.0.2.19

In case this helps to troubleshoot the problem, this VM had assigned a
public IP, but it disappeared from the floating IP list and it looks
that this IP was assigned to someone else because it responds to ping.

Is there any way of reactivating the VM? Or at least recovering the data.
