Thanks for contacting us. The only way to access to the VMs is by using a keypair (private/public key). This means you need to create a keypair, download the .pem file, select your keypair when you deploy the VM, and access to your VM with:
  ssh -i yourkeypair.pem root at IP.

You can have a look at the cloud video in http://help.lab.fi-ware.org/ for having more information. You can come back to us if you continue having problems.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have logged in to the FIWARE lab, created an instance (from an Ubuntu server image), associated an IP address to it. But when I try to access it, a password is always asked. On Openstack I did the same but no password is asked. (I used "ssh ubuntu at ip" and ssh root at ip")

Could you help me out? I don't know what have I missed here.
