Hola, gracias por la pronta respuesta.

Tengo un par de dudas más:
-  ¿es también ese el motivo por el que no funciona la creación de
snapshots?
 Creé uno, luego lo lancé y perdi la conectividad via ssh (no route to host)
- ¿con qué otra región podemos probar que sea estable?
