[Fiware-lab-help] FI-Lab Assistance

Good morning,
I have creadet an user, diego.guidotti at gmail.com, for  testing Fiware Lab.
I have created an instance but when I try to associate a floating ip
addreess to my project I get an error: "*Error: *undefined. Cause: unknow" .

Am I doing something wrong?
