Hi!

I'm having a problem when trying to allocate a new floating ip to an
instance that we have created for testing the kurento image. The error
message we get is just "*Error: undefined, caused: unknown*". I'm wondering
if you can help us resolve this situation, so we can test the image.

The *account.lab.fi-ware.org <http://account.lab.fi-ware.org>* user where
I'm having this problem is *markus.goguin*, with the email
*markus.goguin at neo.cat
<markus.goguin at neo.cat>*, which is just an alias to *markus.drupal at gmail.com
<markus.drupal at gmail.com>* that I'm using right now.

Using this account I have defined the rules of the default security group,
created a keypair and launched and instance of the kurento image. The next
step step is where I'm locked because of this error. Could you please,
check this out this issue or drive me in the correct direction?
