[Fiware-lab-help] Lost floating IP by terminating a running instance

Good evening.

I was running some GE tests and, as part of our project, I created an
instance using the accesscontrol-gei-tha-3.3.3-1 image. After the
instance was running, I assigned my floating IP (130.206.85.196) to it
and tried to access via ssh. After a few tries with the "Permission
denied (publickey)" error, and after checking that I was using the
right keypair, I decided to remove the instance and try again with a
new one. So I selected the instance, and from the actions menu
selected "Terminate Instance". I did got the confirmation prompt and
confirmed the action.

Then I went to reassign the floating IP to one of the running
instances, but there was none on my list of floating IPs. So the
floating IP is lost. Also the instance is no longer on my instances
list, so it should have been destroyed. I usually detach the floating
IP from the instance before destroying it, but this time I forgot to
do so.

Is this the expected behaviour? Can I recover the lost IP?

Regards.
