[Fiware-lab-help] FI-Lab Assistance. Error allocating IP address

Hi,
I’ve got a problem trying to allocate the IP to my project. I’m watching the videos and the IPs are allocated previously.
The error I have is:

Error: Error allocating IP address. Cause: 400 Error  info <https://cloud.lab.fi-ware.org/#>

am i missing something???
