May I ask what do your Juniper experts say about this message? Sorry, but I don't know much about that software nor the way you are using it to stablish your VPNs. --- Last, but not least (the 2nd png) I'm aware that you can't access 130.206.85.6 from your private IP 172.30.5.18. But I don't know what is the last step in the route to that host. So I can't reproduce that error, may be some tcptraceroute output to that port could be helpful.
