Dear Joao,
if you describe in more details which type of application you would like to
develop, we will be able to provide you feedback wrt the section of GEs.
When you talk about "widget/operators" i suspect you are referring to the
mashup tool. Is that correct?

In case you can find here the documentation:
http://catalogue.fi-ware.org/enablers/documentation-17

if the documentation is not helping out, we will ask the owners of the GE
to provide you the needed info.
