[Fiware-lab-help] FI-Lab Assistance

Hello,

I am trying to experiment with the FI-Lab platform but I am finding
some problems that I do not know how to solve regarding running cloud
instances.
1- I am trying to allocate to my user a floating IP (the window says
"Floating IP (0) - 1 Available"), I click on "Allocate IP" but I just
get "Error: undefined. Cause: unknow"
2- I also cannot connect to the instances using the VM display. All I
get is a blank window with the message "If display is not responding
to keyboard input: click the grey status bar below." but there is no
grey status bar below. (I have tried this in firefox, chrome and IE,
all with similar results).

How could these issues be overcome? Thanks in advance.
