I tried other regions with similar results. Only in one region I was
able to get open floating IP but the instances would not deploy as I
was getting other errors. Is there some way to connect a floating IP
from one region to an instance running in Spain?


What about the "VM display"? is it not working in general, or just for
me? (I was trying different Operating Systems and browsers...)
