[Fiware-lab-help] Problem acessing the virtual machine with ssh from windows (but it used to work)

Hello.

I'm having problems accessing my virtual machine in the lab using ssh and
the key file. I already done it before, and it worked fine. The server is
up and running at the public IP 160.85.2.12
I have an Apache webserver and it's working fine. However, now I cannot
connect using SSH... It asks me for the password. I followed this tutorial
on both times:

But on this new PC i tried it several times and still no success... Could
there be an incompatibility on the newer putty version, or something else
I'm missing?
