[Fiware-lab-help] Community request and capacity requirements from Zylia - a European Pioneers member

Dear Peter,

We will send our answer by the specified deadline. However, we need some 
clarification:
1. Do we understand correctly that you need 4 instances in 4 regions 
mentioned in you mail?
2. And do you need positive answer from all the regions listed in your 
mail, or one region is enough?
3. Do you want to build the same environment in 4 regions?
