Dear Carlo,

Do not worry too much.

The status is that we are allowing a bit more of time before making the
final announcement of the new scheme with directions on how to proceed.
In any case, users from the Accelerators will have a preferential
treatment.  In summary, once this starts  we will send a notification to
all the users. Things will remain as in the past until then.
