Hi,

Is there any update on this? I now seem to be unable to attempt to create
any instances at all.

When I try, it says that I'm already over the allowed RAM limit, which now
seems to be set at 8MB rather than 8GB. We'd ideally like to launch asap
and this is holding us up.
