[Fiware-lab-help] Detailed Status Several nodes not accessible from outside

Hi FIWARE lab team

I am the FIWARE coordinator of the SpeedUP! Europe accelerator in Hamburg,
having 100 teams running. In 2 weeks we have our very important MVP
milestone. Therefore, I took a close look at the status of the lab and the
different nodes.

I did exactly the same procedure for all nodes and ended up with finally
only 3 nodes accessible from outside (PirausU, Budapest, Stockholm). Fine,
the procedures and my knowledge are working.

*Question 1:*
3 nodes are not reachable from outside and deliver a ping time out (Spain2,
Mexico and PireausN). Is there a known reason for it? Anything to do
differently?

*Question 2:*
I have been working on the Zurich node. Now I have an out of qouta due to
only 8MB Memory. Maybe some left over issues. How to help here?

​Please help me out with there questions, I will also pass them to our

*Here some further not very positive learnings:*
- In Sophia and Crete all tested instances fail with an immediate ERROR

- In 10 nodes there were no Public IPs available or working (Lannion,
Berlin, Spain, Trento, Waterford, Karlskrone, Volos, Poznan, Gent, Prague)

- PiraeusN, Trento, Waterford: Creating containers fails

- Spain and Prague are not offering Networks and Routers

- Following nodes do not offer Containers (PireausU, Budapest, Stockholm,
Spain2, Mexico, Zurich, Sophia, Crete, Karlskrone, Volos, Poznan, Gent,
Prague)

*In the end here the disappointing summary:*
19 nodes available:
3 nodes successful reachable instances (all without containers)
3 nodes with instances not reachable (see them in VM Display)
3 nodes with IPs but no images to become running
10 nodes not usable due to missing IPs


Please help me out with questions 1 and 2.
