The access to the upgrade account request is available in the help page http://help.lab.fiware.org/ (button “Request Community Account Upgrade”).
You can find more information about the request form and the process at http://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account .
Meanwhile, no instance will be deleted if you accept the new Terms and Conditions at http://terms.lab.fiware.org/accept .

Hello,

I am one of the entrepeneurs currently developing an application under Finodex project.

As now I need to set up VM's for building and testing I would like to make sure that the instances I currently own are not going to be deleted.

Does this has something to do with becoming a Community User (instead of a trial one)?
How should I proceed?
