[Fiware-lab-help] server configurations for phantominds

Hi Federico,

thank you for feedback! I will discuss this with my team. But i think, 
we can scale the requirements down for the testing.
But later we will need the amount, because we are doing realtime 
textmining in combination with large data cluster in Hadoop.
