[Fiware-lab-help] FI-Lab Assistance

Hello,

We are finalist in FICHe program with Trendalyze project (
http://trendalyze.com/)

Today I've tried a couple of times to create account in fiware lab site (
https://account.lab.fiware.org/users/sign_up) but I got the message that
regisration is closed.

One of the members has Fiware account (Dave Watson) but he can add me to
the team only if I have account too:

The question is can I create new account and how?
